Eicon Networks Announces The Eicon Solution Provider Program In The Americas
Alternative Technology communications partner enhances channel by strengthening partnerships with resellers, integrators, and solution providers
Montreal, CAN – February 2004 – Eicon Networks Corporation, a global provider of communication products for networked business applications, announced the launch of the Eicon Networks Solution Provider Program (ESP) for the Americas.
Focused on Value Added Resellers, Systems Integrators and Solution Resellers, the ESP program integrates Eicon’s third party software development partners and resellers specializing in robust communication platform solutions such as CTI, VoIP, Unified Messaging, RAS, Fax, and mobile IP communications.
Distribution of the Eicon products to ESP program members is through Alternative Technology Inc. (AltTech), leading distributor of thin client/server-based computing and security solutions. Eicon selected AltTech as its premier non-exclusive distributor for Eicon Networks products in the United States and Canada in September 2003.
Membership in the ESP program provides several benefits to aid in the growth of both the channel and reseller revenue. These benefits include increased margin, product sales training, installation support, technical training, marketing support, and technology updates. Each of the benefits to the ESP program offers a significant advantage to selling Eicon Networks products.
