DataCore Partnering for Profit - Q4 2009

Effective October 1, 2009, DataCore has made several key changes that you should be aware of:

1. New Government Institution Program
   • +15% discount in addition to standard discounts applied to the list price on software, for qualified government institutions
2. Enhanced Educational Institution Program (50% off to the End User)
   • +30% discount in addition to standard discounts applied to the list price on software, for qualified educational institutions
   • Replaces the prior Education Program announced January 2009
3. Enhanced Carry Forward Value Protection Program
   • The upgrade price is now determined by subtracting the list price of the original software product from the list price of the new software products, then applying standard discounts.
   • Any unused support is applied towards the maintenance term of the new product.
   • The original product must have been purchased within the three year period preceding the upgrade.
   • The customer must be current on their support renewals.
