Effective October 1, 2009, DataCore has made several key changes that you should be aware of:
- New Government Institution Program
- +15% discount in addition to standard discounts applied to the list price on software, for qualified government institutions
- Enhanced Educational Institution Program (50% off to the End User)
- +30% discount in addition to standard discounts applied to the list price on software, for qualified educational institutions
- Replaces the prior Education Program announced January 2009
- Enhanced Carry Forward Value Protection Program
- The upgrade price is now determined by subtracting the list price of the original software product from the list price of the new software products, then applying standard discounts.
- Any unused support is applied towards the maintenance term of the new product.
- The original product must have been purchased within the three year period preceding the upgrade.
- The customer must be current on their support renewals.
