Partner Program Requirements

  • Commitment to technical training for a minimum of one engineer
  • Commitment to initial and ongoing sales training
  • Execute ArcSight Authorized Reseller Agreement
  • Commit to annual revenue goals
  • Provide quarterly forecasts and reports to ArcSight

Eligible Products

  • All ArcSight Products - Only NEW deals apply.  
    • (No renewals can be registered)

Parameters

  • Deals are registered for 120 days from registration approval and registration can be extended on a case-by-case basis.
  • Majority of discount available only with deal registration

Registration & Approval Process

  • Via ArcSight Partner Portal
  • Available to authorized ArcSight partners and 2007 reseller agreement must be signed to include Deal Registration.
  • Only “specific deals” can be registered (no accounts)
  • Terms and Conditions:  Refer to Deal Registration Program Terms on the ArcSight Partner Portal.

Partner NFR Demo Unit Program

  • Demo (not for re-sale) appliances available through AltTech
    • Logger
    • TRM/NCM Combo Box
      • Sold to reseller on NET 30 terms, one unit per year.

  • ArcSight will discount the total amount paid for the demo unit upon closure of first deal.
  • First deal must close within 12 months of demo unit purchase.
  • One unit per authorized demo center, per year.
