For a low annual fee of $1,995 (plus tax), you can gain access to the tools and resources you need to support your entire business cycle.

Membership Levels

Oracle PartnerNetwork incorporates three membership levels. As you progress to higher levels within the program, Oracle’s commitment to you increases by providing additional marketing and sales engagement opportunities, higher discounts, and enhanced benefits and resources. Partner Certified Partner Certified Advantage Partner

Partner is the “discovery” level. The Partner level enables you to introduce your unique solutions or services to the Oracle economy while building your Oracle competency. Partners have access to software within selected Product Focus areas as well as many other web-based resources designed to enhance your value proposition, broaden your opportunity and extend your reach in the marketplace.

Certified Partner - As your business grows with Oracle and you prove your skills in delivering Oracle solutions, you may apply for an upgrade to Certified Partner level. You will receive an increased level of personal interaction, promotion and benefits from Oracle.

Certified Advantage Partner is our highest membership level. Certified Advantage Partners consistently demonstrate their commitment to Oracle. You will receive the highest level of recognition, engagement and dedicated account management when you reach this level.

The Oracle VAD Remarketer Program enables a new class of Resellers to resell Oracle's Technology Products for the Channel, with no initial investment. You can now transact Oracle business through an Oracle Remarketer Authorized VAD - and leverage the VAD for support, training and other reseller services - whether you are a current member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) or not. You can then grow your Oracle business and join OPN for more direct and extensive support from Oracle, then sign an Oracle Distribution Agreement to deliver a full range of Oracle offerings including Enterprise Edition products.

Through Oracle's VAD Remarketer Program, Resellers can transact Oracle business on day one. Resellers work directly with Oracle Remarketer Authorized VADs to transact orders utilizing Oracle's standard terms, conditions and pricing for Oracle’s SMB Technology Products, which currently include:
